Dr. David A. Rosenbloom
Dr. Rosenbloom attended the University of Pittsburgh in 1964 and then graduated from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1970. He spent 2 years in the Army at Ft. Rucker, Alabama before joining Dr. Michael Friedberg in 1972. He has held numerous offices within the profession, including President of the Western Pennsylvania Optometric Society and President of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association. Dr. Rosenbloom has lectured many times on the topic of contact lenses and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a Diplomat in the Cornea and Contact lens Section. Dr. Rosenbloom has been involved with many FDA investigations regarding contact lenses and solutions. Locally, he has been a President of The Lions Club of Pittsburgh, President of Beth Shalom Synagogue, President of the Pittsburgh Free burial and Cemetery Association.
He lives with his wife, Natalie. His children include Elizabeth and Jay Winston, Howard and Chris Rosenbloom, son Jeffrey and grandson Jacob Henry.

Dr. Lowell H. Lebovitz
Dr. Lebovitz received his Bachelor’s degree from Denison University in 1980 and his Doctorate in Optometry from The Illinois College of Optometry in 1984. He experienced advanced training in both visual training and Low vision at the Chicago Lighthouse for the Blind while in Chicago and then joined The Vision Center in 1984. His has held the position of President of the Western Pennsylvania Optometric Society, the largest of 13 societies in the state of Pennsylvania and has been a committee member in the state organization for both the Resolution and By-laws committee of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and the Committee for Quality and Assessment. He has earned his Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry and is certified in the use of Therapeutic pharmaceutical agents as well as the treatment for Glaucoma. Dr. Lebovitz has been involved with numerous FDA studies regarding the advancement of contact lens care and materials.
He is a co-administrator of Vision Source which is an organization that promotes the advancement of Private Eye Care Practices in Western PA.
Dr. Lebovitz provides primary care to the patients of The Vision Center as well as advanced contact lens care, detection and treatment of eye diseases, Sports Vision training/enhancement and co-management of Laser Vision Correction and cataract surgery.
Along with his wife, Dawn, and sons, Evan and Adam, he currently resides in the south hills of Pittsburgh.
